WARRANTY
1. Satisfaction:
The services provided by China Translation Corp will be performed in a professional manner and will be of a high grade, nature and quality. All document translations are subject to correction until client's satisfaction.
2. Confidentiality:
We will hold in strict confidence any client's confidential or proprietary information according to the confidential agreement signed with our client if he hopes.
3. Availability:
We access internet and receive emails at least 3-4 times a day, from Monday to Sunday, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
4. Urgency:
For urgent projects from certain client, we will immediately set to work and keep contact with our client every one or two hours in order to meet his requirements.
5. Professional Team:
For long-term projects and complicated translation, we will set up a professional working team for Quality Assurance.
